People who come to meet me want to heal and develop - personally, professionally, in their relationships. They take responsibility for themselves and their life and face challenges. I am said to get to the heart of the matter with warmth and clarity. Mindfulness and humour are my helpful companions in this. I also owe my expertise in the human condition to a wide range of professional activities, meditation, my two grown-up sons and travels across all continents. Challenges and setbacks have allowed me to grow. Relationship skills, manhood, coping with crises and finding meaning are particularly close to my heart.
